Nurse Consultation for Home Sleep Study

This is an additional service for the WatchPAT ONE Home Sleep Test and it does NOT include the WatchPAT ONE test kit. A Separate Purchase of WatchPAT ONE Home Sleep Test Kit is required before buying this add-on.  

There are two purchase options for WatchPAT ONE Home Sleep Test:

1) WatchPAT ONE Home Sleep Test Kit With Physician Interpretation and RX - can be purchased alone

2) WatchPAT ONE Home Sleep Test Kit With Physician Interpretation and RX + Nurse Consultation. This combination can be purchased as a bundle or it can be purchased as two separate items.

***Attention Ontario Residents*** The province of Ontario may offer a $415 rebate through the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) toward a qualified CPAP device to individuals diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. In order to qualify for this rebate, a Level 1 overnight sleep study in person in a qualified Sleep Laboratory is required. The WatchPAT ONE Home Sleep Test provides an official Sleep Apnea diagnosis; however, it does not satisfy the Ontario ADP coverage requirement.
